Identity Community Meeting

Join us for our Identity Community Meeting Wednesday October 25 (NEW DATE) from 7pm-8:30pm at the offices of Chiropractic Associates of Bedford.

In October we will be sharing information about how to help your body to respond to stress in healthy ways. We will discuss the vagus nerve (the highway of the parasympathetic nervous system), ways to strengthen it’s response and ways to support your healthy body.

Dr. Robin Bruck will also be talking about ALFA Scans, a tool we can use to monitor your body’s stress response.  If you haven’t had an ALFA Scan done, schedule an appointment to do so at the office prior to Wednesday, October 25’s meeting.
